Vedic Tradition Calls for this Ancient Remedy

Many people can feel it — our world is unsettled. We are living through a period of intense global transition — marked by uncertainty, unrest, emotional imbalance, and karmic turbulence. The Vedas declare Homa as the highest remedy to restore balance in such times.

This Maha Yagya is a spiritual intervention that can shift the very energy of our times.

Uplifting Our Planet

Main Priest Pundit Samavedula, pundits from India, and 52 pilgrims will offer this sacred fire ceremony at Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar in the Himalayas.

In the divine presence of Lord Shiva and Divine Mother Shakti, this Maha Homa brings together a powerful combination of Vedic rituals that work on cosmic and individual levels.

Four rituals plus Pitru Tarpanam are being offered:

  • Samoohika Rudrabhishekam invokes the purifying and healing energies of Lord Shiva to cleanse negativity, restore inner balance, and allow divine vibrations to flow into the sacred kshetra and the lives of all participants.
  • Samoohika Rudra Homam uses the sacred fire as a vehicle for transformation, helping to neutralize karmic burdens, purify the field, and uplift consciousness.
  • Chandi Homam calls upon the dynamic Shakti of the Divine Mother for protection, strength, and the removal of obstacles.
  • Sri Siva Parvati Kalyanam honors the divine marriage of Shiva and Parvati, harmonizing Shiva and Shakti tattvas and blessing the world, relationships, and inner life with balance, unity, and prosperity.
  • Pitru Tarpanam at Lake Manasarovar connects the offering to the ancestral realms, helping to release lineage karmas and invoke blessings for stability, health, continuity, and peace.

This is not a simple undertaking. Getting to Mount Kailash requires extraordinary effort — months of logistics, high-altitude safety issues, permits, specialized equipment, caring for 60 travelers, and considerable financial commitment. The journey is arduous, terrain unforgiving, and access is tightly controlled and rarely granted.

Why Mount Kailash?

Mount Kailash is not an ordinary mountain. It is the sacred seat of Lord Shiva — representing stillness, transformation, and deep spiritual realization.

Mount Kailash is also considered the "Crown Chakra of the planet," so the blessings from these rituals will flow throughout the entire world.

Lake Manasarovar, near Mount Kailash, is one of the holiest bodies of water on Earth. Pilgrims have long traveled there for purification, prayer, and spiritual blessing.

What Participants Are Saying

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Yagya and what is a Maha Yagya?
A Yagya is a sacred fire ceremony from the Vedic tradition, performed with mantra, devotion, prayer, and intention. It is one of the most powerful tools in the Vedic tradition for creating positive change — for individuals, families, communities, and the world. A Maha Yagya is a larger, more elaborate, and especially potent form of this ceremony, bringing together multiple rituals into one unified sacred offering.
Do I need to be Hindu or follow a specific religion to participate?
No. This Maha Yagya is offered to all people, of all faiths and backgrounds. The Vedic tradition honors the divine in all beings, and this ceremony is for peace, healing, and the upliftment of all humanity. You need only bring a sincere heart and a genuine intention.
What is a sankalpa?
A sankalpa is a sacred intention or heartfelt prayer. When you participate in the Maha Yagya, you will be asked to share your sankalpa — the specific prayer, healing, protection, or intention you wish to have carried into the fire by Pundiji on your behalf.
How will my name and prayer be included?
After you register and make your offering, you will receive instructions from Pundiji on how to share your name, family names, and your sankalpa. Pundiji will personally include your prayer in the sacred fire ceremony at Mount Kailash. Where sacred fire is lit, distance dissolves, and prayer finds its way.
What is prasad and how will I receive it?
Prasad refers to food or sacred items that have been blessed and are returned as a gift of grace. After the ceremony, Pundiji will carry back consecrated prasad items from Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar — including holy water, sacred dried fruit, and vibhuti (sacred ashes) — and mail them to each participant. All participants also receive exclusive behind-the-scenes photos and videos, and a short video of their sankalpa as it was offered.
When will I receive my prasad?
Pundiji and the pilgrims will return from Tibet following the July 10 ceremony. Prasad will be mailed to participants after Pundiji's return. You will receive communication with estimated timelines closer to the event.
Is there a deadline to register?
Registration closes on July 1, 2026 — 9 days before the ceremony. This deadline exists because Pundiji personally prepares each participant's sankalpa and provides spiritual preparation instructions to help you receive the maximum benefit. Early registration also ensures you receive the pre-ceremony webinar, guidance from Pundiji, and any important updates. Do not wait — the fire will be lit on July 10, 2026, with or without your prayer in it.
What are the specific rituals being performed?
This Maha Yagya brings together several powerful Vedic rituals into one sacred offering. It honors both Prakriti (the living feminine creative force of nature) and Purusha (the masculine principle, witnessing consciousness, and spirit). Together, they create a powerful field of prayer and offering for the world, for families, for ancestors, and for each individual participant. More detailed information will be shared with registered participants.
